How to access billing settings
You can access your billing information and invoices by navigating to "Settings" > "Billing" in your ReplyZen dashboard.
"How do I edit my billing details?"
Updating your billing information is simple:
- Go to "Settings" > "Billing"
- Click on "Edit billing details"
- Update your information as needed
- Save your changes

Ensuring correct invoices
To receive properly formatted invoices, make sure to include:
- Company name exactly as it should appear on invoices
- Correct VAT/Tax ID number if applicable
- Complete billing address including postal code
