What are cookies?

How we ask for consent
When you first visit ReplyZen, we only load strictly necessary browser technologies. Analytics, Marketing, and Functional browser loaders remain blocked until you opt in through our cookie banner. You can accept all, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose specific categories. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled because the site cannot function without them.
Managing your preferences
You can change your choice at any time using the control, which remains available throughout the site. When you withdraw a category, ReplyZen clears accessible identifiers for that category and reloads the page so its third-party loaders are removed. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings.

Categories explained
- Necessary: required for core functionality such as signing in, security, and checkout. Always on.
- Analytics: help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Product analytics may be linked to your ReplyZen account.
- Marketing: measure and improve our advertising and attribute referrals.
- Functional: power optional conveniences like live chat and review widgets.
Google Tag Manager
Our current Google Tag Manager container includes both analytics and advertising tags. To prevent one category from activating the other, ReplyZen only loads that shared container when both Analytics and Marketing are enabled. Other listed vendors are loaded according to their individual category.
