To start using ReplyZen, you need to connect your Facebook profile first. This is necessary because of how the official Meta APIs work - ReplyZen needs to authenticate through your personal profile to access your business pages.
Your Facebook profile must have at least "Community Activity" permission on each page you wish to manage with ReplyZen.
You can connect your social accounts by clicking on the "Connections" menu and then "Connect Facebook".
Privacy Note: ReplyZen will never post content without your explicit permission. You may log out of your account at any time.
After connecting your Facebook profile, ReplyZen now has access to the pages you manage, but they aren't imported yet. This two-step process gives you complete control:
Example: If your Facebook profile manages 100 pages, you might choose to import only 2 specific pages to ReplyZen.
When you connect, Facebook asks you which pages ReplyZen is allowed to see, and it remembers that answer. A page you create afterwards is not added to that selection automatically, which is why a brand new page often doesn't show up in ReplyZen.
To fix it, click "Add Pages" on the connection (or "Grant access to more pages" in the Pages section) and, in the Facebook window, click "Edit previous settings" instead of "Continue as …". That reopens the page list so you can tick the new page.
Full instructions, plus the other reasons a page can be missing, are in Page Management.
You can connect multiple Facebook accounts to work with the same pages. This provides several benefits:
Each connection can be configured with its own rate limits to optimize performance while staying within Facebook's guidelines.
