Page Management

Once you've connected your Facebook profile to ReplyZen (as explained in How to connect Meta accounts), the next step is to import the specific pages you want to manage.

    Importing pages to ReplyZen

    1. Navigate to the "Pages" section in ReplyZen
    2. Click the "Add Pages" button in the upper right corner
    3. Select the Facebook pages you want to import
    4. Choose the Instagram accounts you want to connect
    5. New pages will automatically be associated with your active team

My new page isn't showing up

If a page you manage on Facebook doesn't appear in the "Add Pages" list, it's almost always one of these four reasons.

    1. Facebook is reusing your previous page selection

This is by far the most common cause. When you first connected, you chose which pages Facebook would let ReplyZen see. If you created the page (or were given access to it) after that moment, Facebook does not add it to the selection on its own, and it never asks you again unless you explicitly tell it to.

    To widen the selection:

    1. Go to "Pages" and click "Add Pages", then click "Grant access to more pages". You can also start from the "Connections" section, where each Facebook connection has an "Add Pages" button.
    2. Facebook opens its login window and offers to continue with your current settings. Do not click "Continue as …".
    3. Click "Edit previous settings" at the bottom of the Facebook window. This link is easy to miss, and it is the only way to reach the page list again.
    4. Tick the new page, keeping the pages that are already selected, and continue to the end of the Facebook flow.
    5. Back in ReplyZen, the page now appears in the "Add Pages" list. Select it and import it.

    2. Your Facebook profile doesn't have the right role on the page

ReplyZen only lists pages where your profile has the "Community Activity" permission (what Meta's API calls the moderate task). Without it we cannot reply to or hide comments, so the page is filtered out of the list.

Ask a page admin to grant you that permission in Meta Business Suite, then repeat the steps above. The page also has to be published: unpublished pages are never listed.

    3. The page is already managed by another team or account

A page can only be managed by one ReplyZen team at a time. If it appears in the list with an info icon instead of a checkbox, it is already in use somewhere else. Remove it from the other team first, or get in touch with us if you don't know where it is connected.

    4. Granting access isn't the same as importing

Giving ReplyZen access on Facebook only makes a page available. It does not add it to your team. You always finish in "Pages" → "Add Pages", where you select the page and import it. If you granted access and stopped there, the page is waiting for you in that list.

    Managing connections for your pages

ReplyZen supports connecting multiple Facebook accounts to the same page. This many-to-many relationship provides several advantages:

    Benefits of multiple connections

    • Distribute comment load: Spread replies across multiple accounts to avoid triggering Facebook's rate limits
    • Increased reliability: If one connection fails or gets temporarily restricted, others continue working
    • Higher capacity: Handle more comments per hour by rotating between different accounts

    How connection rotation works

When multiple connections are available for a page:

    1. ReplyZen automatically rotates between connections when posting replies
    2. Each connection respects its individual rate limit settings
    3. The system intelligently distributes the workload to maximize efficiency
    4. You can monitor connection usage and performance from the Pages section

To configure multiple connections for a page, ensure you have multiple Facebook accounts connected in the "Connections" section, then assign them to your pages.

    Instagram requirements

Because of Meta's architecture, to use an Instagram profile with ReplyZen:

    • The Instagram profile must be a business profile
    • The Instagram profile must be linked to a Facebook page
    • You need to add that linked Facebook page to ReplyZen first

If you need help connecting your Instagram profile to your Facebook page, you can check Meta's official guide.

    TikTok pages

TikTok works differently from Meta. There is no page-import step — when you connect a TikTok account, the account itself becomes a page in ReplyZen automatically (one TikTok account = one page).

If you run multiple TikTok accounts, connect each one separately from the Connections page and each will show up as its own page.

    Next steps

As soon as you've added your pages to ReplyZen, you can proceed with creating and configuring your virtual agent, which will help you automatically manage interactions on your social channels.
